Rapid Response Team

Our team has Clinical Nurse Specialists, Paramedics and Health Care Assistants working from our main site in Compton, Wolverhampton.

This team responds to any urgent or rapidly changing situations relating to your diagnosis that may be causing you or your carer distress.

There may be a need for one of our specialist health care assistants to remain in the home with you for a short amount of time if required.

We want to support you in the place you call home, avoiding hospital admission if this is possible and right for you and your needs.

Compton Care is committed to ensuring the services we provide are equally accessible to all sections of our community.
