Learning and Development
We offer a wide range of education and training opportunities to support you in delivering high quality end of life and bereavement care. Compton Care’s Learning and Development Department offers professional development, evidence-based education, and training in palliative and end of life care.
Our learning rooms offer flexible learning spaces, and include training pods, skills lab, meeting rooms and access to fabulous gardens and an on-site café. We look forward to seeing you through our extensive range of education courses in palliative and end of life care.
Free Courses for Allied Health Professionals and Care Home Staff in 2023
We are proud to be offering a free palliative and end of life care education programme for Allied Health professionals and care home staff in 2023.
This training is commissioned by the Black Country Integrated Care Board and is designed with a focus on Care Home staff and community Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) including Discharge to Assess team members.
Open to those practising in the Black Country (Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton).

Bespoke Training
If you are a healthcare professional interested in palliative care, you may benefit from training at Compton Care. We offer a range of palliative and end of life training and education programmes for all different professionals and are happy to discuss creating bespoke training in palliative and end of life care to meet the needs of your workforce.
