Our main priority

Keeping our services safe

Preventing Violence and Aggression

Compton Care is committed to keeping services safe for everyone. Our staff have the right to work in a safe and supportive environment and people that use our services have a right to be cared for without fear of attack or abuse. Compton protects its staff from violence, threatening behaviour and verbal abuse and will if necessary, take action against anyone who behaves in a violent or aggressive way.

Our staff can now use devices to monitor and record incidents where they feel their personal safety is at risk. Audio recordings obtained through these devices may be used to take sanctions against offenders and may be used in criminal and civil proceedings.
