Annual Report
Our Annual Report is a yearly review of our performance, including our achievements over the last financial year and our ambitions for the future.
The Annual Report also contains statements from our CEO and Chair of the Board of Trustees, as well as a financial statement from our auditors.

Care Quality Commission
As a healthcare provider, we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, an independent regulator of health and social care in England. They ensure that the health and social care services that we provide to you are safe, effective and compassionate, and that our care is of a high quality.
Quality Accounts
We have recently launched our Quality Account for 2024/25.
We were very pleased with the positive comments noting the following achievements from the Black Country Integrated Care Board (BCICB):
- 97% of Virtual Ward patients were able to remain out of hospital and receive care in their preferred place, with 98% having their end-of-life wishes fulfilled.
- Completion of the refurbishment of all inpatient rooms, ensuring patients and their families have a therapeutic and welcoming environment during their stay.
- Successful embedding of the PSIRF model, making after-action reviews and thematic reviews standard practice, alongside the adoption of PSIRF terminology.
- Opening of a second site located in an area of deprivation and ethnic diversity, offering outpatient clinical appointments as well as complementary therapies and psychological support.
