Join our friendly Volunteer Garden Club at Compton Care and help nurture our beautiful gardens – tranquil spaces that offer peace and comfort to our patients, visitors, and staff.

Who Can Join?

Everyone is welcome – from complete novices to green-fingered gurus.

Whether you’ve never planted a seed or spent years pruning roses, there’s a place for you here.

Join a supportive, relaxed group that learns and grows together. No experience needed – just a smile and a willingness to get stuck in!

What to Expect

As a member of our Volunteer Garden Club, you’ll:

• Help maintain and enhance the gardens
• Plant seasonal flowers
• Keep paths and beds tidy
• Learn new gardening tips and tricks with each other
• Enjoy fresh air, gentle exercise, and good company
• We meet every Tuesday between 9am and 3pm, and you can volunteer as many hours as your schedule allows.

You’ll be working in the hospice grounds at Compton Care, where we’re lucky to have:
