Neurological Conditions

Our Living Well team works alongside patients with a diagnosis of a Neurological Condition such as Parkinson’s, Motor Neurone Disease or Dementia.

We offer patients the opportunity to get involved with physical activities, keep their minds active and meet new people.

We also work closely with other organisations locally to support and signpost those with complex needs.
