At Compton Care, we’re passionate about supporting the next generation of nurses and work collaboratively with local schools, colleges and universities to support their students with placement opportunities.

Laura is one student who recently completed a placement with us as part of her Adult Nursing T Level qualification.

Laura said: “Compton Care is a very welcoming environment, and you might find it surprising in a really positive way. “I’ve really enjoyed getting to know patients, building rapport, and understanding people as individuals.”

The Adult Nursing T Level helps students prepare for a nursing career before university, combining theory with practical experience. Following her successful placement at Compton Care and completion of her T Level, Laura is planning to start university in September to continue working towards becoming a registered nurse 💫
