Networking for Healthcare Professionals
Is one of your New Year’s resolutions to expand your network of professional connections? Or maybe to gain more knowledge to enhance your career?
To stay connected with our community and improve palliative and end of life care in the region, we have launched our Bitesize Series of networking events for healthcare professionals.
Whatever your goals for the year ahead, why not join us to meet like-minded professionals and hear expert talks on a range of topical subjects. The free events are held at Compton Hall and refreshments are included.
Our next event takes place on 6 March with the following proposed speakers and topics:
- Jenny Hadley (Clinical Educator, Compton Care) Symptom Management in Palliative Illness
- Dr Sophie Taylor (Consultant in Palliative Medicine) Symptom Control in Advanced Liver Disease
- Elaine Wharton (Lead Learning Disabilities and Autism Nurse) Caring for Patients with a Learning Disability
- Jenny Hadley (Clinical Educator, Compton Care) End of Life Care for a Patient with Dementia: A Relatives Perspective
