We're currently facing our biggest challenge yet, but we're #SteppingUp for our community!

It has never been so important for us to come together and support one another, in whatever way that we can.

How We're Fighting Back

We’re working hard to ensure the people that need us continue to get the palliative care and support they deserve.

We’re also supporting our NHS partners by freeing up resources so they can concentrate on fighting Covid19 and saving lives.

Creating more beds

Opening 7 more beds on our Inpatient Unit, including creating a 6-bed ward in our living well centre, to cut down hospital admissions and free up beds.

Supporting the community

We're supporting local district nursing teams by taking on some of their community work, freeing them up to focus on more urgent care.

Telephone support

Offering palliative care advice and support to care home workers, GPs and other healthcare professionals over the telephone.

How you can help

Where we can, and for as long as we can, we are committed to caring for our patients and supporting the NHS to save lives.

We now urgently need your support to ensure this care doesn’t stop. Any amount you can spare will help:

  • £3 per month helps pay for urgently needed PPE kits to keep our nurses and patients safe
  • £9 a month will help us cover the fuel costs that we will still incur to go out and see the sickest patients in isolation
  • £15 a month will buy a kit bag with equipment to measure temperature and protect the vulnerable

Your donations will help us continue to keep our care services open for as long as possible, support as many patients and free up the much needed resources of the NHS.

Thank you!
