We are looking for an organised and efficient individual to join our expanding team. You will be part of a team that plays a pivotal role in ensuring our shop and online trading teams function at all times to the best of their abilities by supporting them across a broad range of areas.
You will also act as one of the first points of contacts for customer inquiries and will, therefore, act as an ambassador for Compton Care in customer service.
- To ensure the smooth day to day operation of all retail & office functions by delivering excellent customer service internally and externally, supporting key processes such as the claiming of gift aid and the booking of house collections.
- To be the first point of contact to the public, ensuring we deliver excellent service.
- To support the Retail Support Services Manager with key admin tasks across compliance, communication, training and cost control.
We are looking for an experience administrator who has worked in a retail setting and has proven experience of supporting processes such as invoicing, internal communications and providing customer service.
Ideal candidates will display good IT skills as well as being able to evidence good time management for this busy and fast-paced role.
