Make a lasting tribute to Compton Care by giving in memory of a loved one

Giving in memory is a special way to pay tribute to your loved one whilst also enabling local people living with complex and incurable conditions to access the care they need, to live the best life possible.

You might wish to show your appreciation for the care, support and encouragement that your family member or friend received. It may be that your loved one regarded Compton Care as a worthwhile local charity and we hope that you feel the same. No matter what the reason, your donations in memory are special and so important to us, our patients and their families.

How can I make a donation in memory of my loved one?

With your loved one in mind you can:

Family 1

Many families choose to request donations in lieu of flowers at the funeral of their loved one. Should you wish to support Compton in this way, we can provide you with our Giving in Memory envelopes and a suitable 'in memory' collection box.

Our envelopes allow donors to Gift Aid their donations, ensuring that their gift goes even further.

You can ask your chosen funeral director to assist with this process by ensuring any donations are forwarded on to us on your behalf.

Taking part in one of our events can be a fun way to get everyone involved in celebrating the life of a loved one, whilst showing your support for Compton Care.

We have events running throughout the year, find our calendar here

You can choose to create an online tribute page dedicated to your loved one where you can upload a treasured photograph, detail a few words about them and often include funeral notices.

You can then share the tribute page link with family, friends and loved ones who can make a donation in memory, with donations coming automatically to Compton Care.
