Bob Hall’s World of Sport

7pm - Thursday 11th April 2019, at The Sir Jack Hayward Suite

Join us on Thursday 11th April for the debut of ‘Bob Hall’s World of Sport: Off-camera tales you’ve never heard before‘ at Molineux.

For years, Bob Hall was the face of sport on Midlands television.

His nightly stories on ITV were a must-watch for journalists working across the region – not his claim, but word of mouth from the journalists themselves.

Now, many of the inside football stories that never made the headlines – how deals were done, the funny moments and the occasional fall-outs – are at last going public.

Bob Hall’s World of Sport will be an affectionate look at more than 25 years as ITV’s best-recognised, on-screen sports face in the region. And there will be moments that will come as a surprise.

Brian Clough, Billy Wright, Sir Jack Hayward and Steve Bull are all on the running order – plus a few sports stories from beyond football, including Muhammad Ali and, perhaps the most unlikely, American film star Kevin Costner.

Charity Raffle:

A charity raffle will be held on the night with prizes including a signed shirt and football donated by the club and caricature drawings of the manager Nuno Espirito Santo, and popular players Ruben Neves and Conor Coady.

All proceeds of the raffle will be donated to Compton Care.

Tickets:

Price: £25.00 and include half time pie and mash. The bar will be open until 11pm.

To purchase: email candb@wolves.co.uk, call 0371 222 2220 and select option 5, or click ‘sign up’ below to be taken to Eventbright.
