House clearance and furniture donations

Our house clearance service

We offer a sympathetic, professional house clearance service that is there to help you.

Our experienced, trained staff are professional, considerate and helpful and aim to minimise any stress of clearing a home. Our team assess for saleable and recyclable items and send goods to our stores to raise money for our charity.

We offer both a partial house clearance, which is free, and a full house clearance service which is chargeable.

Proceeds from the sale of your kind donations will go towards helping us to continue to provide high quality, accessible care and support for the people in our communities living with life limiting conditions.

Partial House Clearance Service/Furniture donations

This is a free 60-minute service to remove all the reusable items we can.  This must include a minimum of three furniture items.

We will select and take away those good quality items for reuse and resale. This service is perfect for when you’re happy to arrange the disposal of any remaining items yourself.

Please note we will need all smaller items boxed or bagged ready to go as we will not have time to pack.

Sorry, but we cannot take:

❌ Items that we cannot remove within the 60-minute time slot

❌ Less than three furniture items

❌ Loose small items

❌ Recycling

❌ Waste

❌ Items deemed to be of little resale value.

Resale need to be in good working order, comply with all relevant safety standards, and be free from defects, damage, rips, stains, scratches, etc.

All items are accepted at the Stock Collectors discretion. In the event that we are unfortunately unable to accept an item of furniture the Stock Collectors will explain why the item is unsuitable for resale.

Where possible we ask that donors take any furniture themselves to their nearest furniture store:

  • Wolverhampton Superstore – 2 St George’s Parade Wolverhampton WV2 1BA
  • Cannock Superstore – Church Street, Cannock, WS11 1DH
  • Blackheath – 170-171 Halesowen Street, Rowley Regis B65 0NE
